Why Does My GameUserSettings.ini file keep resetting?

If you GameUserSettings.ini file keeps resetting to default, you have an issue with some of the code you are writing inside of it.
If the game detects an issue with anything written in the ini files, instead of finding the error it just wipes everything to default. Go through your ini file with a fine tooth comb and make sure all your command are correctly written and also don't conflict. IE pve settings on a pvp server.
